1. Production & Processing Time

All garments are made-to-order. Timelines begin after full payment and final confirmation.

• Bridal Orders: 6–12 weeks
• Festive / Pre-Bridal Orders: 3–6 weeks
• Urgent Orders: Subject to availability and additional charges

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Tracking shared via email or WhatsApp
• Delays may occur due to external factors

3. International Shipping

• Worldwide shipping via DHL / FedEx / UPS or equivalent
• Delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch
• Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Customs & Duties

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in pricing.

4. Shipping Responsibility

• Each order is quality-checked before dispatch
• We are not responsible for courier delays or loss after dispatch
• We assist with logistics coordination if issues arise

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

• Customer must provide correct address and contact details
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information

6. Tracking & Notifications

• Tracking details are shared after dispatch
• Support available for delivery assistance

7. Shipment Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, customs, or other external factors.
