Return Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & DAMAGE POLICY
At Akayi by Anshika, every creation is handcrafted with precision, time, and care. As couture garments are inherently personal and made to order, we maintain a strict policy while ensuring fairness and transparency in case of genuine issues.
Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer exchanges on any orders, including:
- Custom-made pieces
- Made-to-order garments
- Standard catalogue items
Each outfit is individually produced and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order:
- Is received in a damaged condition
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Differs from what was confirmed at the time of order
You may request a resolution subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- The issue must be supported with clear images and/or videos shared via email
All requests are subject to inspection and approval by Akayi by Anshika. Upon approval, we may offer a repair or replacement at our sole discretion. No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
Domestic Orders (India)
We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for domestic orders.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Gift cards or certificates
- Jewellery, bags, potlis, belts, or accessories
- Customised garments made to individual measurements or specifications
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
- Products returned without original tags, invoice, or packaging
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders.
However, if an international shipment is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition:
- Email us at labelakayi@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the issue
- Wait for a “Return Accepted” confirmation before sending any item back
- Any product dispatched after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted
Items damaged by the customer, altered post-delivery, or worn will not be eligible for review.
Refund Policy
Akayi by Anshika does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final once the order is confirmed.
