Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Akayi by Anshika, every creation is made with precision, time, and care. Please review the following Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand our production timelines, shipping process, and responsibilities.

1. Production & Processing Time

All garments are made-to-order. Production timelines commence only after full payment and final confirmation of measurements and design details.

  • Bridal Orders: 6–12 weeks, depending on design complexity, embellishments, and fabric sourcing
  • Festive / Pre-Bridal Orders: 3–6 weeks
  • Urgent Orders: May be accommodated at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance for urgent requests

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by force majeure events, regional disruptions, or courier delays

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent
  • Estimated international delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume

Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges must be paid to the relevant authorities upon delivery.

Any customs-related delays are beyond the control of Akayi by Anshika.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Each order is quality-checked and securely packaged prior to dispatch
  • Once dispatched, Akayi by Anshika is not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
  • We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in coordinating with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Customers must provide a complete and valid physical address along with accurate contact details.

5. Delivery Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Akayi by Anshika is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery attempts when the recipient is unavailable

Any redelivery, rerouting, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

7. Shipment Delays

While we strive to adhere to published timelines, unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions may impact delivery schedules.

No return shipment is accepted.
