Product images may include professional photoshoots as well as real clients of Akayi by Anshika and are used strictly for representational purposes.
Restrictions:

- User-submitted feedback, reviews, or content may be used globally without compensation or obligation.
3. Product Catalogue, Customisation & Made-to-Order Policy
Akayi by Anshika offers both standard catalogue pieces and fully bespoke couture garments.
Customisation includes:
- Measurements
- Fabric selection
- Design details
- Embroidery and finishing
Process:
- Design sketches and references may be shared where applicable
- No changes once measurements and design details are confirmed
- All pieces are handcrafted and not mass-produced
- Customisation is subject to availability and feasibility
4. Measurements & Fittings
- Clients must provide accurate measurements
- Trial fittings may be offered to India-based clients
- Post-delivery alterations may incur additional charges
5. Orders, Pricing, Taxes & Billing
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Prices exclude international duties and VAT
- Indian orders include applicable domestic taxes
- International taxes are the customer’s responsibility
6. No Return / No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
All garments are custom-made. Therefore, we maintain a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, AND NO CANCELLATION policy.
- Change of mind
- Minor colour or size variations
- Subjective dissatisfaction
Exceptional Circumstances:
Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Resolution may include repair or replacement only.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Production Timeline:
- Bridal: 6–12 weeks
- Festive / Pre-Bridal: 3–6 weeks
- Urgent orders subject to availability
Domestic & International Shipping:
- Tracking provided post-dispatch
- Duties and taxes payable by the customer
8. Order Modifications
No changes are allowed once the order is confirmed. Incorrect measurements are the client’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Client-provided inaccuracies
- Courier or customs delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Akayi by Anshika from claims arising from misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
11. Communications & Promotions
